The atmosphere is very casual and the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the menu had several other offerings I hope to try on future visits.
I did better with the second four — black pepper, oily fish, water and broccoli. Broccoli is everywhere on my low-salt, low-sugar, low-fat diet. Check my recipe page for different ways to make it.
The second requires a bit more prep because it involves putting salmon pieces and veggies on skewers with onions and mushrooms.
I’d call this a nice light meal when you’re in the mood for a different sort of seafood treat than fish.
I would have preferred less salt but I think the only way to get artichokes with less salt is to make your own and strip out the hearts.
